When Corwyn was but a child, his village was turned upside down by a steady invasion of Emerald Claw soldiers. In one such raid, during the night, a suspicious group invaded stealing away Corwyn’s mother and sisters. It was later unveiled that the group who may or may not have been actual members of the Claw, were actually a coven of Vampires. Even further down the road, Corwyn uncovered that they worshipped Vol.
Corwyn waited anxiously for the day to arrive that he could join up with the Knights of the Silver Flame and train to fight these undead bastards. During his trainings, he caught wind of a secretive group of SF Knights who were more elite. Their energy more focused on silver vengeance than on conversion and protection like the Knights and Priests. These SF Avengers were remnants of the lot who spearheaded the great Cleansing of the Lycanthropes in days past. Despite that tarnish, Corwyn was driven by the idea of a sect of Knights bent on rage and revenge and who would tap into that passion to combat the greatest evils of Eberron. So he eagerly trained and worked tirelessly to be accepted in.
After many years in the service of the SF Avengers, Corwyn was finally granted a discharge as his single-minded focus for revenge of his family was starting to overshadow his sense of duty and the ideals of the church. Even in the radical sect he was in. So, he set out into the world, to try and piece together a path to vengeance, in his mind, long overdue.
Now residing in Aruldusk, Corwyn heard about Omega from some of the survivors of Vathirond. So he followed them to Flamekeep to see if he could join them. In his undead hunting, Corwyn learned of a structural heirarchy Vol has established in which she has a Lieutenant named Shanul Icybrook, an Elf Lich she runs all her orders through. Corwyn intends to hunt them all down and kill them for what they’ve done. But he realizes it will take considerable power to do so. So he must adventure to gain that power. He also hopes that Omega would sympathize with his story and lend him aid in this quest.
